How to Request Your Baby Gear Cleaning
 

1. Choose Your Cleaning Service
Select the pram cleaning, stroller cleaning, car seat cleaning, infant capsule cleaning or baby gear cleaning service that best matches the items you would like professionally cleaned, sanitised and refreshed.

2. Enter Your Booking Details
Complete all mandatory fields so our team has the information required to review your booking request and understand exactly which items you would like cleaned.

3. Select Your Preferred Date and Time
Choose the date and time that best suits you for your Melbourne hub drop-off or concierge pickup and delivery service.

4. Tell Us Anything We Should Know
Use the notes section to include any additional information, special requirements, stains, extra accessories or comments you would like our team to review.

5. Submit Your Request to Book
Once your booking request has been submitted, our team will review your form and contact you to finalise and confirm your booking.
 

Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm your appointment. This allows our team to check availability, your selected services and any additional requirements before finalising your clean.
 

6. Mould-Affected Items Require Photo Approval

If your pram, car seat, infant capsule or other baby gear has visible mould, please text or email clear photos to our team before your booking can be approved. This allows us to assess the extent and location of the mould and determine whether the item can be safely treated.
 

For safety reasons, car seats and infant capsules with mould present on the harness or safety straps will not be accepted for cleaning. In accordance with manufacturer safety guidelines, we do not apply mould treatments or harsh cleaning products to harness straps where doing so could compromise the integrity or safety of the restraint.
 

Please send photos of any mould-affected items before your booking is finalised so our team can advise you on the safest next step.

Additional Items & Collection

Please include all baby gear, accessories and additional items requiring cleaning in your original booking request.
 

Additional items presented at drop-off or concierge collection that were not included in the original booking request may incur additional charges.

7. Storage Fees

We also ask that cleaned items are collected within the agreed collection time. Where items are left at one of our hubs beyond the agreed collection period, a storage fee of $10 per day may apply at our discretion.
