Our services are limited to cleaning and sanitising. We don't take responsibility for any faults, damage or issues with your pram or baby gear that fall outside the cleaning itself, including pre-existing wear, damage, mechanical problems or safety concerns. If you're unsure about the condition or safety of your gear, we recommend having it checked by the manufacturer or a qualified repairer.
We also reserve the right to decline any item that arrives in an unreasonable state of dirt or condition. If we can't safely or effectively clean an item, a Baby Village Spa manager will contact you to discuss your options.
